Win the Battle, Lose the War

With the unexpected defection of Chief Justice John Roberts, a supposed conservative jurist, the monstrosity called ObamaCare will survive, at least until “President” Mitt Romney takes over on January 20, 2013.

As much as I feel that the Supreme Court made a major mistake in its decision, it will be a welcomed blessing in disguise for the Republicans. I say that because, the enthusiasm that was exhibited by the electorate in 2010, will be revived in 2012, with the main goal of again repealing the ill-conceived “Affordable Care Act” (a misnomer if ever there was one).

The old saying, “win the battle, lose the war” will be what will happen to the arrogant “Liar in Chief”, Barack Hussein Obama. If people thought that 2010 was a fluke (not Sandra, of contraception fame), wait till you see what happens this November.

Obama, in his infinite arrogance (and the members of the Democrat Party also), will have done something Romney has been unable to do up until now, energize the base of Conservative Americans, to get out and vote out that “cancer” that now occupies the White House. People who never voted before, or very rarely, will be out in force in November to cast their vote for sanity in the conduct of our affairs, both domestically and internationally.

Remember in 2009, when the “Anointed One”, said that no person making under $200,000 would be taxed if ObamaCare would be passed, well, now that Obama has changed the rhetoric and the decision of the Supreme Court (the “hack” court that the Democrats would’ve called it if the decision was 5-4 the other way) has occurred, and that ObamaCare can be financed through taxation, the whole ballgame has changed. His empty assurances of not raising taxes, are now history and the losers will be the middle class, which he tells us constantly that he “exclusively” represents. Now, unless Romney is elected and a Republican legislature is also elected, you’ll see the hated I.R.S. being the enforcer of this dastardly act of legislative and executive disdain for the American people, who are against this act by over 60% in most polls. If this doesn’t energize the conservative base, nothing else will.

Yes, Obama might have won the battle, but, in the end, he will have lost the war (the election in November). This decision will motivate an already “sleeping giant” of voters, and they will bring sanity back to the White House by voting out our “Liar in Chief”, Barack Hussein Obama.

It seems like the duplicity of Obama and the Democrats have finally caught up to them with this ruling by Chief Justice Roberts. Saying one thing but meaning another is the modus operandi of this most deceitful Administration in American history. You live by the sword and you die by the sword, and this will be be Obama's and the Democrat's Armageddon, which will be truly deserved.

I will not vote for Romney
I will vote for a conservative congress
I do not expect Romney to follow conservative principles so I do not believe he will fight. Under pressure from the left he will wilt.

@ Anonymous 11:03 AM: So basically you would rather have Obama reelected than to cast your vote for Romney. Defies all logic!

Hey anonymous #1, did you ever hear of the expression, "you cut off your nose to spite your face", applies to your logic in not voting for Romney? You don't have to agree with everything Romney believes, but compared to the alternative, you, and others with your mindset, must be in denial as to the importance of this election. Romney has stated that he will lead in the effort for the repeal of ObamaCare once he is sworn in. That statement is on the record. How can a man of integrity wilt after stating that so forcefully in public? You can take his promise to the bank. Don't be blinded to the facts by your animosity engendered during the primaries. You'll only be cutting off your nose to spite your face.
