Get Ready for Another Blitz?

No, not the “Blitz” that ravaged London during WW II, nor the “blitz” used in pro football, I'm referring to the “blitz” in negative political ads and rhetoric that is going to saturate the airways this coming electoral cycle.

We all know, or should know, that Barack Hussein Obama cannot run on a successful record because he has none, so what is he going to do in order to try to get re-elected? Well, the only avenue he has left is a “blitz” of negative ads that he will use to try to minimize and discredit his yet to be announced opponent in the general election. Regardless of who it is, he has organized a “get out the dirt” task force to get as much personal negative information, as he can get, to try to discredit his political foe, whether or not that information is true or false.

This is modeled after the campaign “War Room”, as set up by the Bill Clinton campaigns of 1992 and 1996. From what I've heard, this is going to be a campaign like no other in the annals of the American presidency. The Obama campaign has announced that their goal is to raise $1 billion for the re-election campaign. Since his accomplishments, during his first term are negligible, he will have to make it a personal choice between himself and whoever comes out of the Republican primary contests.

Remember, Obama got his political training in the corrupt City of Chicago where any opponent of the Democrat “machine” would be destroyed, no ifs, ands, or buts. It has been that way for decades under the two Daley mayoralties and a couple of other “machine” politicians who became mayor. Will it work on the national scene? We'll see!

This campaign technique shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, because if you have observed how Obama operates by using false facts, class warfare rhetoric, quid pro quo's to friends who supported him, and pandering to special interest groups, with the idea that the end justifies the means. That is his modus operandi.

The Obama campaign “Army” will include most all of the black organizations and pressure groups, many Hispanic groups, the gay rights groups, and of course, the well-heeled labor unions (especially the teacher's unions and the S.E.I.U.). He can also count on liberal Jewish groups, which, by the way, has shown some slippage because of Obama's stands vis a vis Israel, which many in the Jewish community think he has been less than enthusiastic about. Already, we have seen in some polls that the “Independent” vote, who mostly voted for Obama in 2008, is now down about 20 points from 2008. Some pundits have said that he can't win if he doesn't carry the ”Independent” vote.

So, since he can't run on his shoddy record, he will have to resort to a “slash and burn” type of campaigning called the “politics of personal destruction” which, I'm sure, will turn off many voters who are “on the fence”.

My advice to Republicans is to stay on the high road and not get into the gutter with Obama and the Democrats. His sorry record should be enough to make him a one-term president, and the Republicans should point that out over and over again. The “blitz” by Obama will not work this time.

Legal American Voters should take Chuck’s information as fact. This guy learned from the most corrupt Chicago Mentors. They now work in Washington DC and bring their unwelcome rhetoric in Virginia.

With an expected war chest of $1 billion you can expect plenty of dirty tricks and negative ads.

Remember when the "Narcissist in Chief" said we should engage in a more civil discourse after the Gabby Giffords shooting? Well, his silence was deafening when Maxine "Muddy" Waters said that Republicans can all go to hell, when Joe "Foot-in-mouth" Biden said about Tea Party legislators that they were "Barbarians at the gate", and ardent Obama supporter, Jimmy "Son of crook" Hoffa, called Republicans "sons of bitches". Is that the "civil discourse" he was talking about? This will be only the beginning of the vile language to be used by the Obamamaniacs against Republicans in the election year in 2012.

James is correct, this Administration has a bag of tricks to throw at America. We can't let our guard down.
