    Sticks & stones may break my bones

    but, 'Hate Speech' could land me in jail.

President Barack Hussein Obama is on the warpath against anyone who uses 'Hate Speech'.  That is, anyone who dares to write or speak out in opposition to his 'Go-It-Alone' manner of conducting the nation's business while simultaneously, advancing his own, personal agenda -  the niggling tenets of The Constitution be damned.  (Note for those who are literacy-deprived, the word 'niggling' means - bothersome or persistent in a tiresome way - it has nothing to do with race.  Just so's you know.)

This goes double for anyone who uses the Social Media to express their displeasure with President Obama's royal heavy-handedness.  To his way of thinking this is by far, more unAmerican than any threat to this nation posed by the Islamic State of Imbecilic Lunatics (ISIL).  Beheadings pale by comparison to 'Hate Speech' as defined by Messrs. Obama & Holder, the arbiters of proper and 'We'll decide what's legal', state-approved language.

We are a nation of laws, not men.  Except, when certain men, who are temporarily in positions of political power, decide to take the law into their own hands and determine which laws to enforce and which to ignore.  Repression of 'Freedom of Speech' heads  the list of priorities of this Administration's 'certain men'.    

After all, that First Amendment to The Constitution 'thingee', was a totally outmoded concept when the authors of that document penned it.  They wrote that as their most urgent concern in the immediate aftermath of  their successful American Revolution conducted against the enforcers of King George III of England's  tyranny.  Following in the mode of kindly 'ol King George III, King Obama the First, also hates free speech.

One hopes that after all these years, the authors of The Constitution might be excused for their mental state when they wrote about 'Freedom of Speech'.  Obviously, they were still a bit overwrought with emotion from their efforts to free themselves from the King's tyranny.  One is hopeful too, that King Obama the First, might deign to tolerate those few of us latter-day 'Revolutionaries' who still have similar thoughts about, 'Freedom of Speech'.      He might just think of it as granting us a 'Mulligan' -

don'tcha know.  Yeah, that's it - a 'Mulligan'.

Senator Reid's Comments - Racist Democrat

The revelation of Senator Harry Reid's comments referencing "negro talk" is just indicative of the true sentiment elitist liberals, and indeed the Democratic party, have toward black Americans. The history of the Democrat party is one of slavery, secession, segregation, and now socialism. It is this new aged socialism born from the Johnson Great Society programs that have castigated blacks as victims needing government dependency. One need only to look upon the city of Detroit to ascertain what liberal social welfare policies have produced for the inner city... the new plantation for black Americans.

The Ku Klux Klan was birthed by the Democrats as a terrorist wing to intimidate blacks, and whites, who sought to promote economic and education independence and social justice for blacks. What was once overt has just morphed and become covert, yet still exists.

One can only imagine the insanity and media outrage if Reid's quote had come from a member of the Republican party. I look forward to hearing from Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton on Reid's comments... or has liberal hush money paid for the silence of these proprietors of poverty and victimization theory. Actually, if President Obama had any courage he would demand Reid step down as Senate Majority Leader, and discontinue any support for his Senate reelection... notice I said "if". I am quite sure the Soros money which elevated Obama to the position of President has bought his servitude.

Why am I running for US Congress as a Republican? Simple. I would rather stand proudly and be called "an Uncle Tom and a sellout" than lose my self-esteem and be considered an inferior by liberals. I understand the legacy of the GOP and the black community... not the revisionist history espoused by liberal educators. I am not, shall never be, and will not raise my daughters to be a part of the liberal 21st century plantation. I am not just some articulate, clean, well spoken negro. I am an American warrior, Congressional candidate, and shall never submit to the collective progressive ideal of inferiority.

Senator Harry Reid's comments are disgusting, despicable, and unacceptable. They are representative of how intellectual elite liberals do indeed speak of black Americans in their closed private spaces. Next week I have been invited to NYC to address the Hudson Institute, a conservative organization, conference on "Reclaiming American Liberty". That invite came to me because I took advantage of the opportunities this great Republic offered. I followed the guidance of my parents and set my standards above all others around me. I speak well and have impeccable communicative skills because my Father and Mother prioritized that quality.

I shiver to think what my future could have been if I listened to the insidious rhetoric of charlatans such as Harry Reid, and the ambassadors of affirmative action who reside in the Congressional Black Caucus.
Sure, the "stuck on stupid" blacks are going to address me in derogatory names, but I possess something which they lack; Honor, Integrity, and Character. To them I say, continue to be slaves to the liberals for your vote... and in a year you will be calling me Congressman West.

ACORN conspiracy against gun owners discovered

ACORN -- the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now -- a publicly funded national organization linked to voter fraud in several states, is now actively interfering with the exercise of firearm civil rights in New Jersey, and the Second Amendment Foundation is calling for an immediate federal investigation.

One example of ACORN's gun control activism is when its officials intervened in an unsuccessful attempt to defend Jersey City, New Jersey's local gun control ordinance, which was struck down by the New Jersey state court as a violation of state law preempting stronger local gun ordinances.

"ACORN has, since 1998, received an estimated $31 million in government funding," said SAF founder Alan Gottlieb. "Now they have intervened in a New Jersey gun rights case in defense of an illegal Jersey City one-gun-a-month ordinance that violates the state preemption statute."

"For the past few election cycles," Gottlieb noted, "ACORN has clearly grown more partisan toward the political Left. ACORN'S PAC, in fact, endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for president, even though their tax-exempt status prohibits endorsement of political candidates. That's hardly surprising since he used to serve as their legal counsel and he taught the group about community organizing. ACORN and Obama are lockstep in seeking to destroy our Second Amendment rights," he stated.

"The organization is currently under FBI investigation over allegations of voter fraud in several states," he added.

"Bad enough that ACORN is implicated in fraudulent activities in several states, but now an ACORN chapter in the Garden State is working against the ability of New Jersey gun owners to exercise a constitutionally protected individual civil right to own a handgun," said former NYPD detective, Sid Frances.

"It is an outrage that this group has intervened to defend an antigun ordinance that has already been declared illegal by the court," he observed. "So long as ACORN accepts one penny of public funding, the organization should remain absolutely neutral on social issues, political campaigns and especially legal actions defending the right to keep and bear arms."

"We call upon the FBI to expand the scope of its ACORN investigation and focus on the group's involvement in the Jersey City case," Gottlieb stated.

"We support Ohio Congressman John Boehner's request that the White House immediately block all federal funding of ACORN activities until this group's questionable activities are fully investigated. We want to know how they are paying for attorneys, and why Seton Hall's Center for Social Justice and the Public Interest Law Center are providing legal assistance to ACORN for this effort."

"This is still the United States, not a socialist gulag," Gottlieb concluded. "Public money should not be given to private organizations which then turn around and utilize that funding to usurp the electoral process and erode constitutionally guaranteed civil rights."

The fact that the federal government would even consider using ACORN as part of its 2010 Census is cause for Americans to be very concerned.

Many political observers see something more sinister at play with Obama and ACORN's interest in disarming law-abiding citizens.

"This gun control effort is part of an overall government takeover by the radical left who now control the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives. The next part of the Obama-ACORN plan is a new military force separate from the US Armed Forces," claims political strategist Mike Baker.

"Obama has called for a 'civilian national security force' as powerful as the U.S. military, comments that were ignored by the vast majority of the corporate media but compared by conservatives to the Nazi Hitler Youth," warns Baker.

"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded," said Obama during his presidential campaign.
