Our friends the Saudis, are not now nor, have they ever really been our friends.

It is way past time to admit that we Americans have been guilty of gross stupidity, colossal greed, inexcusable incompetence and corruption to the max, when it comes to our one-sided relationship with the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia.  We’ve conducted ourselves with obsequious servility.

Our amateur diplomats operating out of the Dept. of State have, since we began buying seagoing tankers full of Middle East oil, acted as if they’ve had a mortal fear of offending these slimy thugs that cover themselves in spotlessly clean sheets.  The Saudis saw us coming from a mile off and decided that we are easy marks – much as a pickpocket targets an easy mark in a crowd; it’s the guy with a bulging wallet in his breast pocket.  For them, it’s so laughably easy.

They cried out for us to defend them against one of their neighbors and we responded by fighting and winning their battle for them at great cost in American blood and treasure.  And how were we thanked?  First, they didn’t lift a finger to help themselves and they repaid us by letting us lick their sandals.  They forbade our military to wear their uniforms; ordered the women in our military to wear garb that didn’t offend Islam’s oppressive traditions of misogynistic behavior – and ordered our troops around as if they owned them.  And, like obedient puppies, we submitted to that nonsense.

Why on Earth would we do that?  Can you guess?  Right.  It was our own oil money that was poured all over our top military and diplomatic people, who were only too glad to comply with the tyrannical lunacy of the Saudis.  Sad, huh?

Meanwhile, the Saudis have never stopped fomenting and funding vicious attacks on American property and against the American people – dating from ‘9-11’ and since, with a non-stop string of violent attacks on easy, soft targets that guarantee to kill large numbers of innocent Americans.  And still, we suck up to these monsters and buy their oil, while we have more oil right under our feet than we can use in 2 or 3 centuries.  

                    Will we ever learn?  Maybe, if we elect a true patriot to lead us.

How lucky can Israel be to have such support from U.S. leaders?

Both the President of the United States and the Secretary of State have declared it out loud, time and time again:
                   

                       “Israel has every right to defend itself”

Golly gee.  What more staunch allies or what greater proof of full support could the State of Israel ask than such righteous rhetoric being stated and frequently repeated by these two great statesmen and very honorable gentlemen, the tough-but-fair President Barack Hussein Obama and that super-wise diplomat, the erstwhile Secretary of State, John F. Kerry ?

Forget the oft-repeated personal insults aimed directly at Israel’s Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu by our Narcissistic, infantile president.  Forget the direct actions taken by this anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, anti-American POTUS to withhold military aid & support from Israel, America’s only true ally in the Middle East. Forget the bumbling John Kerry’s idiotic attempts to force a peace between the blood-thirsty lunatics calling themselves Palestinians and the rightful occupants of the original homeland of Jews for more than 5,000 years, when that land was bequeathed to the Hebrews by the Creator. Care to question the Creator on that point?  Forget all that.  The Jew-hating, Islam-loving Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces knows best.  His motto:  ‘Screw Israel 24/7 – 365’.

Count your blessings Israel. It don’t & won’t not get no better than this.

A Message to Israel: Beware of Obama

First he comes for the banks and health care, uses the IRS to go after critics, politicizes the Justice Department, spies on journalists, tries to curb religious freedom, slashes the military, throws open the borders, doubles the debt and nationalizes the Internet.

He lies to the public, ignores the Constitution, inflames race relations and urges Latinos to punish Republican “enemies.” He abandons our ­allies, appeases tyrants, coddles ­adversaries and uses the Crusades as an excuse for inaction as Islamist terrorists slaughter their way across the Mideast.

Now he’s coming for Israel.

Barack Obama’s promise to transform America was too modest. He is transforming the whole world before our eyes. Do you see it yet?

Against the backdrop of the tsunami of trouble he has unleashed, Obama’s pledge to “reassess” America’s relationship with Israel cannot be taken lightly. Already paving the way for an Iranian nuke, he is hinting he’ll also let the other anti-Semites at Turtle Bay have their way. That could mean American support for punitive Security Council resolutions or for Palestinian statehood initiatives. It could mean both, or something worse.

Whatever form the punishment takes, it will aim to teach Bibi Netanyahu never again to upstage him. And to teach Israeli voters never again to elect somebody Obama doesn’t like.

Apologists and wishful thinkers, including some Jews, insist Obama real­izes that the special relationship between Israel and the United States must prevail and that allowing too much daylight between friends will encourage enemies.

Those people are slow learners, or, more dangerously, deny-ists.

Just boys being boys.

Long- time Georgia Rep. John Lewis (D) wants the President to declare Marshall Law in Ferguson, MO. so that really serious, peaceful protestors against perceived police excessive use of firearms, can peacefully dissent in an orderly fashion, while other not-so-seriously peaceful protestors can smash store windows, ransack the interiors and make off with the stacks of goodies assembled for sale by greedy, white store owners.  Just boys being boys.

Then, there is the overworked, vacation-deprived President and Commando-in-Chief Obama and his overworked, intelligence-deprived Secretary of State Kerry, who have declared in no uncertain terms, that our long-standing best ally in the Middle East, tiny Israel, has the right to defend itself against its 23 Arab neighbors who  have sworn to blow up it up, and kill every Jew they find. The raw courage displayed by Obama & Kerry in taking this unpopular stand is unprecedented in the annuls of the entire history of courageous, civilized man.

As a token of his concern for the safety of Israel and its population, Obama the Brave, has stopped this Government from sending missiles and weaponry to our most loyal friend in the Middle East and has ordered that all U.S. military agencies consult with John Kerry's Dept. of State before approving any additional requests from Israel for military aid. What greater display of loyalty, dedication and support could Israel ask?

When Obama declares to the world that he has Israel's back, it might be wise to take note of the long, sharp blade he holds in his hand as he defends Israel's back.  Kerry for his part, can't help himself from putting pressure on Israel's PM Bibi Netanyahu to back off from the violence of Israel defending itself against the daily barrage of rockets  indiscriminately-aimed and fired into Israel - and from Hamas terrorists sneaking through dozens of tunnels under the border between Gaza and Israel, through which they revel in playing Islamic Jihad against innocent Israelis - killing them or kidnapping them for ransom.    As we say,  it's just a case of boys being boys.

Secretary of State John Kerry.

Are you aware Sir, that 'HAMAS' is officially designated by the United States of America as a 'terrorist' entity?

Are you aware Sir, that 'ISRAEL' is not designated by the United States of America as a 'terrorist' entity?  

As a matter of long-standing fact, ISRAEL has been our staunchest ally in the Middle East, since President Harry Truman in 1948, on behalf of the USA, was the first nation in the world to welcome ISRAEL as a full-fledged, sovereign State when it was designated so by the United Nations in 1948?

In other words, one of the participants in the current battle being waged between Hamas and Israel, is WRONG in the eyes of our nation - and the other is RIGHT in the eyes of our nation.  One is our enemy and the other is our friend.  President Obama is apparently unaware of this distinction but, as Secretary of State of the United States of America, are you able to process this information?  

Are you going to suggest, request, intimidate and bludgeon ISRAEL into giving up something in order to bring about  a temporary cease-fire, with HAMAS that has rained thousands of unguided rockets onto the population of the sovereign State of Israel - and just to be fair will you suggest, request, intimidate and bludgeon HAMAS and the Palestinians into 'giving up something', too?

You are pitiful, Man.  Get out of the Middle East. Go back home, climb onto your fabulously expensive yacht and sail into the sunset.  You are a meddling fool and your anti-Semitic hatred sticks out all over you.  The only thing you are good at, the only thing you have ever been good at - is sowing dissension and chaos.  And quite frankly Pal, because of the anti-American policies of your boss, we've already got all the dissension and chaos  we need.

Why does Obama stick a finger in the eye of the Jewish community?

Is the honeymoon over between American Jews and Barack Obama over? Not by a long shot, though there have been some ripples buffeting the relationship. His approach toward Israel (hostile) and the wider Middle East (ineffectual at best; damaging at worst) has begun to affect his ratings among even Jewish Democrats.

He seems to have a proclivity to pick fights with the Jewish community. He or his team have chosen people like Samantha Power, Chas Freeman, Mary Robinson, and Bishop Desmond Tutu to either occupy important positions in the policy apparatus or receive prestigious awards. They all have long histories of anti-Israel activism. When problems arose, they have taken the anti-Semitic track of blaming Jews in America for problems regarding their candidate (Power said criticism of Barack Obama during the campaign all amounted to "what was good for the Jews"), or for their own candidacy (Freeman) or for their nomination to receive awards (Robinson).

As for Tutu, he did not even need to wait for pressure to unleash his feelings toward Jews; his statements against Jews (here is a greatest hit collection have been going on for years. The fact that Jews were in the vanguard of the anti-apartheid movement here and in South Africa seems to have escaped his attention.

Of course, the Jewish community is loath to challenge the Tutu nomination over concern that it might stoke tension with the African-American community. The irony is that when questions arose over Obama's support for Israel and his relationship with Jeremiah Wright* and Louis Farrakhan, Barack Obama had this to say during a debate between him and Hillary Clinton: he would "not tolerate anti-Semitism in any form" and that he would "rebuild what I consider to be a historic relationship between the African-American community and the Jewish community".

Any of these problematic nominations would clearly show that he has violated his pledge (broken promises are his modus operandi, after all).

But why pick needless fights?

I think he is trying to split the Jewish community as a way to weaken support for the America-Israel relationship. This was the roadmap for him laid out by both Daniel Kurtzer and Robert Malley, advisers of his during the campaign, who have written that the way to weaken Israel is to work on diminishing support for that nation in America (including among Jewish groups).

On the one hand, he empowers groups such as J Street, Israel Policy Forum, and Americans for Peace Now, all groups highly critical of Israel, by granting them access to the White House; perhaps he hopes he can weaken the power of other lobbying groups by peeling some support away from them and toward these alternative groups instead. At the same time, he has been challenging American Jews to either support him or our ally, Israel. He is pushing and seeing how far he can do so before he suffers political damage.

He is taking a measure of the Jewish community. Is he also testing the waters for even more bullying of Israel in the days ahead? Will the Jewish community take the bait, will they pass his test?

The jury is still out.

*Wright bullied Israel from his pulpit, consorts with anti-Semitic figures such as Louis Farrakhan; Wright also said during the campaign that support for Obama from the Jewish community would "melt like a snowball in hell" had Wright's views towards Israel become better known; he recently blamed Jews for keeping him away from Obama
